Who we are
RF Kaelithra is a private RF Online 4.1.5 game server operated by Deamar Zaki Innovative, a business registered in the Philippines.
Payments are made by transfer to our GCash, Maya, PayPal or bank account. You send the payment, then submit the reference number on your account page, and staff credit it after checking it against the receiving account. We never ask for and never store your card number, GCash PIN or bank login.
RF Kaelithra is a fan-run server. RF Online is a trademark of its respective owners and we claim no affiliation with them.
What you are buying
You are buying in-game cash, a virtual currency spent in our item mall. Some packages also include premium days. Prices and exactly what each package contains are shown on the donate page before you pay.
The mall sells premium time, storage, convenience items, cosmetics, socket extenders, temporary combat boosters (attack, defence and critical potions and chargers) and item boxes whose contents are drawn at random from a published pool. Everything in it can also be obtained by playing.
The boosters are temporary and consumable. We do not sell permanent stat increases, and cash is never required to reach maximum level or to take part in any part of the game.
In-game cash has no value outside the game. It cannot be exchanged for money, transferred between accounts by us, or redeemed for anything other than item mall purchases.
Your account
One person, one account. You must be 18 or over to register. You are responsible for keeping your password safe — staff will never ask for it.
Cash is credited to the account that submits the payment reference, and staff match that reference against the receiving wallet before crediting. Submitting a reference that is not yours reverses the credit and suspends the account.
An account banned for cheating, scamming or bug abuse keeps whatever it has already bought, but is not refunded. The behaviour rules are on the rules page.
Delivery
Every payment is checked by a staff member against the receiving account before it is credited. That is usually within a few hours, and always within one working day.
Every credit is recorded with the payment reference that produced it. If a payment confirms and the cash does not appear, open a support ticket with the reference number and we can look it up directly.

The server itself
This is a hobby server run by players. We aim to keep it online continuously and to give notice of maintenance, but we do not promise uptime, and we do not promise that the server will run forever.
We may change rates, item mall contents, prices and game balance. Cash you have already bought stays in your account and keeps working.
If the server closes permanently we will announce it in advance and stop accepting payments before we stop the server. Unspent cash bought within the 30 days before that announcement can be refunded on request.
Changes and contact
If these terms change materially we will post it in the news and update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to buy after that means you accept the new version.
